Everything is executed with the apps user. All packages, procedures, functions and views are (or should be) owned by the apps user. Tables and indexes are owner by application users (like AR, GL, AP…) and access is granted to the apps user from the application users. The apps user is using synonyms for all the applications user obejcts, all tables has a synonym.
