Quickly add new responsibilities. This script will present a list of all responsibilities in use by anybody but you. You need to execute the add_resp.sql and copy/paste executions for those responisibilities you want. This script is using the FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.INSERT_ASSIGNMENT package to add responsibility.
